The Mountain State Art and Craft Fair (MSACF) the oldest art and craft fair in WV, offers WV artisans and craftpersons an opportunity to promote, sell, and exhibit their products. Located on the grounds of the Cedar Lakes Conference Center near Ripley in Jackson County the
2005 MSACF will be held from July 1-4, 2005. New applicants for the 2005 MSACF have already been juried but applications for jurying for the
